Who we are
DrinkWave is a magnetic water bottle brand based in Poznań, Poland, run by Nikolos Chavchanidze, who is responsible for your data. Contact: team@drinkwave.eu
What we collect
Only the email address you enter in the waitlist form.
Why
To email you about the DrinkWave launch and early access. We use it for nothing else and never sell or share it.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you join the waitlist (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Where it is stored
Form entries are stored by our website host, Netlify, which may process data outside the EU under standard EU data protection safeguards.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove it. At the latest, we delete the whole waitlist 6 months after launch.
Your rights
To leave the waitlist, reply to any of our emails or write to us. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time. Email team@drinkwave.eu and we will act within 30 days. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
